Registration for the HECA Exhibitor Fair is sold out - you can still register for the waitlist! 

Join us for an Exhibitor Fair at the HECA 2026 Conference from Monday, June 15, 2026 through Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel! 

Exhibitor Advantages: 

  • Strategically located exhibitor area for maximum exposure to conference attendees
  • Dedicated exhibitor/networking times
  • Attendance at conference educational sessions included
  • Attendance at opening reception on Monday, June 15, 2026 included
  • Breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday included
  • Use of conference participant email addresses
  • 20% registration discount for current HECA Business Partners (must be renewed for the 2025-26 year to receive discount)

NOTE: Exhibit fee for ONE PERSON includes one table with electricity, breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks with conference attendees. Additional people at the exhibitor table may be added at $495/person.

Please note our cancellation & administrative fee policy:
- On or before April 15: 100% refund minus administrative fee*
- April 16 or later: no refund
*A non-refundable administrative fee of $75 will be applied to cover processing costs associated with cancellations or other fee adjustments.
