Registration for the HECA Two-Day Exhibitor Fair is full, but you can register for the waitlist and we'll be in touch if we have a cancellation.

Join us for a Two-Day Exhibitor Fair at the HECA 2024 Conference on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 8:30 am-4:00 pm and Wednesday, June 12, 2023 from 8:30 am-4:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia in Atlanta, GA! 

Exhibitor Advantages: 

  • Strategically located exhibit area for maximum exposure to conference attendees
  • 2 dedicated exhibit/networking times
  • Attendance at conference educational sessions included
  • Attendance at opening reception on Monday, June 10, 2024 included
  • Breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks for both days included
  • Use of conference participant email addresses
  • 20% discount for current HECA Business Partners (must be renewed for the 2023-24 year to receive discount)


NOTE: Exhibit fee includes one table, breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks with conference attendees for one person both days. Additional people at the exhibitor table may be added at $395/person.

- On or before April 15: 100% refund minus $75 cancellation fee
