Lee Norwood relevant! She is a successful entrepreneur and a published author with majors in Business/Marketing and English from Elon University. She has visited hundreds of colleges and worked with students and parents across the US and parts of the world since purchasing ACC. Lee also loves helping students find their authentic voice and craft unique, meaningful essays that resonate with college admissions offices. Lee is also a social media guru and produces many of our videos for our YouTube channel which is accessible to the public. Description of Experience : I mentored under the previous owner of my business for 2 years and then went to IECA Summer Institute. I assisted and managed the essay process for 12 students in 2019. I worked with 25 students on my own in 2020, who received over 4.2 million in merit aid. I worked with 35 students this year and have recently added 2 adjunct IECs to the business. I am currently mentoring 1 IEC with whom we are currently working with 3 students. I have 16 Class of 2023 students so far. I also won the BEST OF ANNAPOLIS for educational counseling/consulting and will be featured in Chesapeake Family Magazine Education Fair.
