HECA is the only organization solely dedicated to meeting the needs of IECs. Offering professional insight and support, Retired Members are an important component of this community.

Retired Member annual dues are $35 and allow you to retain access to many membership benefits, including access to the HECA Member Listserv, your Info Hub, professional development webinars, and member-only rates for the annual conference.
