About

CLE is designed for individuals who are capable and motivated, but who need the right structure, coaching, and community to truly thrive. We support individuals with ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, and other learning differences who are ready for the next step but cannot get there alone, and shouldn’t have to.

Families choose CLE because it offers something rare: a real path to independence that is supported, not supervised; collaborative, not controlling; and rooted in dignity, confidence, and growth.

Our work focuses on four essential areas of adulthood: academics, career development, independent living, and building meaningful social connections. Executive functioning coaching is woven into every step, because organization, flexibility, and planning are the skills that unlock everything else.

Each individual receives 16 to 22 hours of personalized support each week through a combination of one-on-one and small-group coaching. Our team is warm, skilled, and deeply invested in each person’s success. While enrolled, individuals live in a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment shared with another CLE participant, experiencing true independent living with a safety net designed to empower, not restrict.

Every plan is customized. We listen. We collaborate. We adjust as growth happens. Families often tell us they see their loved one’s confidence return. They watch them build friendships, manage daily life, stay on top of classes or work, and take pride in their progress.

CLE is more than a "transition program". It is a stepping stone toward a stronger, more independent future, guided by professionals who believe in each individual’s potential, and know how to help them reach it.
