About

The University of Pennsylvania Social Innovators Program is an eight-week experiential learning program that guides students through the process of launching their own social impact businesses and non-profits, while they earn a Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Penn. The program features small class sizes of seven students. Two instructors will serve each class and provide individualized support and coaching throughout the program, including at least five one-on-one sessions outside of normal class sessions. Students do not need to enter the program with an idea, but they are welcome to continue working on an existing idea if they have one. The program was designed to be virtual since its inception six years ago, which allows us to create an international community of young people working on social impact businesses and non-profits. This summer's program will take place the week of June 12th through the week of July 31st. Students will have the ability to choose from a number of flexible day or evening class times to accommodate their summer schedules.
