2025 Professional Development Institute

Join us for the HECA Professional Development Institute on June 8-9, 2025 from 8:00 am-5:00 pm at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk in San Antonio, TX. 

This institute is conveniently hosted just before the HECA Conference (June 9-11, 2025) so you can attend the institute and stay for the conference. Both education and business topics are covered. All consultants are invited to attend, but especially those with 0-10 years of experience. Registration for the PDI is open to all HECA membership levels as well as non-members.   

HECA's Professional Development Institute (PDI) provides you with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to take your career as an IEC (Independent Educational Consultant) to the next level. Our interactive professional development training provides you with knowledge and resources necessary to ethically and effectively guide students. You'll learn practical business strategies to help you level up your business.

Notes: 

• Breakfast and lunch on June 8 & 9 will be provided. 
• Participants receive a link to an electronic binder with resources from the institute. Participation in this workshop meets the new member orientation required of all new or prospective members. 
• Housing is not included in this registration fee. When making your reservation at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk please use the hotel reservation instructions in your confirmation email.
