Conference registration includes participation in the following:

• Opening Reception, Monday, June 9

• 35+ Professional Development Sessions

• Two-day Exhibitor Fair and Showcase Sessions 

• College Fair and Reception

• Heart of HECA Roundtable Discussion

• Trinity University Closing Reception (IEC Attendees only)

• Breakfast, Lunch, and Refreshments Provided on Tuesday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 11

The conference fee does not include: housing or college tours. Please note college tours are limited to active HECA members registered for the conference

- On or before April 15: 100% refund minus $75 cancellation fee
- April 16 or later: No refund
