The College Fair at our annual HECA Conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 4:30 - 6:30 pm. College Fair participants will receive the use of conference participant email addresses. Colleges are required to bring their own table covering for the College Fair.
NOTE: College fair fee includes one 6'x18" table, food, and a drink ticket at the college fair for one person. Additional reps may be added at $75/person.

- On or before April 15: 100% refund minus administrative fee*
- April 16 or later: no refund
*A non-refundable administrative fee of $75 will be applied to cover processing costs associated with cancellations or other fee adjustments.
