Jeff Levy, CEP | Educational Consultant

Jeff Levy holds a B.A. in Film and American Studies from SUNY Old Westbury. Following a successful 25-year career in the film and television industry, he transitioned to educational consulting, earning his Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension and his Certified Educational Planner (CEP) designation in 2014. An active advocate for equity, access, and financial aid transparency, Jeff maintains memberships in HECA, IECA, WACAC, NACAC, and NCAG. He splits his time between Los Angeles—where he lives near his two adult daughters—and traveling, enjoying literature, cinema, music, and lively political debate.

Jennie Kent, M.Ed., CEP | Educational Consultant

A graduate of Northfield Mount Hermon School, Jennie Kent earned her B.A. from Skidmore College, her Master of Education from Framingham State University, and a certificate in independent educational consulting from UC Irvine. She is a Certified Educational Planner (CEP) and an active member of HECA, IECA, NACAC, IACAC, EMA, and SBSA. Driven by a commitment to access and affordability in higher education, Jennie spends time each year compiling key admissions and financial aid datasets for the counseling community. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, film, diving into spreadsheets, and spending time with her two Abyssinian cats, Gaspar and Phat Louis.
