HECA Two-Day Exhibitor Fair 2025

Join us for a Two-Day Exhibitor Fair at the HECA 2025 Conference on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 and Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 8:30 am-4:00 pm at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk in San Antonio, TX!

NOTE: Exhibit fee includes one table with electricity, breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks with conference attendees for one person both days. Additional people at the exhibitor table may be added at $495/person.

- On or before April 15: 100% refund minus administrative fee*
- April 16 or later: no refund
*A non-refundable administrative fee of $75 will be applied to cover processing costs associated with cancellations or other fee adjustments.
