Tania Rachkoskie currently serves as the associate vice president for enrollment management at Goucher College. During her close to 30 years in the admissions counseling field, she has worked at her alma mater, Muhlenberg College (PA), Guilford College (NC), Bucknell University (PA), George Washington University (DC), The Burlington School (NC), and The Common Application. As a lifelong learner, Rachkoskie earned a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from UNCG and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University (MA). She is currently enrolled at Notre Dame of Maryland University and is writing her PhD dissertation.
