Ann Mannering is a Certified Educational Planner (CEP). Only 2% of IECs (Independent Education Consultants) are board certified, numbering less than three hundred worldwide. At HECA, Ann serves as Co-Chair of the Advocacy Committee and Mentor in the "Members Mentoring Members" Program. She is a Professional Member of IECA where she is Founder and Co-Leader of the Hourly IECs Affinity Group (with 125 members and counting!), as well as Mentor in the Mentor Match Program. Ann serves on the Admissions Practices Committee and Government Relations Committee of PACAC. She is a member of NYSACAC, IACAC and IECs for Human Rights. Ann participates in the Matchlighters Scholars Program.
