Anne Mannering

Anne Mannering is highly active in industry leadership. She is a Mentor in the University of California Berkeley Professional Program in College Admissions Consulting. At HECA, Anne serves as Co-Chair of the Advocacy Committee and Mentor in the "Members Mentoring Members" Program. She is a Professional Member of IECA where she is Founder and Co-Leader of the Hourly IECs Affinity Group (with 200 members and counting), as well as Mentor in the Mentor Match Program with ten current ongoing mentees. Anne is a Certified Educational Planner (CEP). Only 2% of IECs (Independent Education Consultants) are board certified, numbering less than three hundred worldwide.
