BTA was established to support student and family priorities beyond high school. When the final curtain falls, the last award is received - what's next? Empowering students to plan their direction after high school for career and life success is our gig. As education and career professionals, we work remotely with students, one-on-one throughout the US. Our curriculum focuses on a process of discovery and execution to achieve personal goals for higher education and career satisfaction and success. Including but not limited to HS Course Planning - Summer Program and Extracurricular Advising - Assessment Facilitation - College List Building - Application, Essay, and Career Coaching - Performing, Design Arts and Health Care Professions Advising.

Description of Services : IDEAL Steps for Student's Success
- Identify the student's and family's needs and criteria beyond high school
- Develop a personalized plan for success and achievement of post-secondary aspirations - build a college list
- Execute the admissions process through application and essay facilitation
- Achieve admissions results and decide which are best matches
- Launch the student by helping h/er navigate the first semester of college.
Description of Experience : Coordinator College and Career Center for local high school, 2004-2006; Certificate in College Admissions Counseling, 2008, Director and Owner of Beyond the Applause, 2007-present. Work with students and families throughout a personalized program of Identifying, Developing, Executing and Achieving desired results for student's successful matches to Higher Ed and Beyond.
