Hundley founded Encore after working for many years as an educator in one of Asia's most elite international schools where he saw a need for qualified college admissions counselors experienced in the performing arts. His unique experience in both the world of academia and professional performance places him in the rare position to masterfully guide students in shaping and achieving their educational and professional goals in the arts.
