About
With over 30 years in education from the college side, to high school, to admissions, to college consulting, Genevieve has the context to help all types of students navigate the college process. Genevieve has a BA from UCLA, a MA and Ph.D from UC Davis, and a college counseling certificate from UCLA. She has also been an admission reader for Northeastern University and Reed College as well as serving on Belmont's Counselor Advisory Board. She served on the HECA Board of Directors from 2024-2027 and has been a presenter at the annual NACAC conference.

Many options are available, from high school planning for freshmen and sophomores to targeted, strategic, comprehensive help navigating the entire college application process.
Packages include assessment of the high school transcript and extracurriculars, generating a list of best fit schools (educationally, socially, and financially), help writing compelling essays and supplements, help applying for financial aid, practicing for interviews, and sorting through college offers.
A la carte options are also available.
Description of Experience : My aim is to make the college process transparent and as stress-free as possible. I am family-centric and am a resource for parents as well as students. My practice is very high-touch: I am with students every step of the way!
