Description of Experience : I have worked and continue to work for a University for 20+ years. My roles have included student recruiter in the admissions office, athletic coach, Athletic Director, Academic Dean, Vice President of Development, and Faculty member. I have also researched and received grants to include Kentucky College Coaches (KCC) Program for federal verification for 2011-2012, 2013-14, and 2015-16. This program was focused on increasing the college-going rate of high-risk populations. I have worked as a consultant and advisor both domestically and Internationally to advise and match students to University programs. My experience includes working with high-risk populations, transfer, international, athletic, and all academic disciplines.
