Description of Experience : For the most part, I have found the experience to be quite pleasant. Having worked as a salaried employee for 35 years, I found the independence to be quite intriguing. Logging hours, sending itemized bills and offering various forms and rates of payments have been quite a learning experience, and I regularly re-evaluate my rates and package offerings. I have a business adviser who is most helpful in that regard.
