Description of Experience : I was an application reader for the Stanford University admissions office for 3 years and an admissions counselor for Santa Clara University for 2 years. In addition to my small college counseling practice, I have interviewed Georgetown applicants as an alumni interviewer, volunteered as a coach for the Challenge Success program at Stanford University to reduce stress among high school students, and mentored first generation AVID youth at Sequoia High School. I have worked extensively with students in reading, writing, and organizational skills.
