Description of Experience : I work with about 15-20 seniors per school year. I assist students with creating and refining their college list, planning high school , brainstorming and revising essays, and completing applications.

I have worked as an External Reader for UC San Diego and I am familiar with the UC process for evaluating applications.

I served as the Chair for the Duke University Alumni Admissions Interview Committee for San Diego from 2000 - 2011. In this capacity, I trained volunteer interviewers in conducting the admissions interviews. I conducted outreach to students who are first generation college students and underserved minority applicants.
