Description of Services : Founder Lynn Radlauer Lubell earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the MIT and an MBA from Harvard University. She is also the Publisher of InLikeMe.com, a popular web portal for the college-bound students, counselors and parents.

Description of Experience : Lynn Radlauer Lubell founded Director of Admission By Design in 2008. She gained valuable experience as a member of the MIT Educational Council, where she interviewed nearly 200 high school seniors applying to MIT.   Drawing on her technical background, writing skills and knowledge of college admissions, she founded and publishes InLikeMe.com, a popular web portal for the college-bound students, counselors and parents. Lynn has more than 20 years of management consulting and business experience with specific expertise in strategic planning, marketing, financial analysis and due diligence.   She has researched and authored numerous business and marketing plans.   As an educational strategist and college consultant, she draws on her background and organizational skills, along with her passion for education, to help students and their families successfully navigate the college admissions process with positive results and less stress.  Lynn's expertise and assistance is especially valuable as she helps students build on, and accentuate, their strengths to positively differentiate themselves from other applicants.
