Anne Mannering

Anne Mannering is Mentor in the University of California Berkeley Professional Program in College Admissions Consulting. At HECA, Anne is Mentor in the "Members Mentoring Members" Program and former Chair of the Advocacy Committee. She is an IECA Professional Member where she is Founder and Co-Leader of the Hourly IECs Affinity Group (with 200 members and counting), as well as Mentor in the Mentor Match Program. Anne is a Certified Educational Planner (CEP). Only 2% of IECs (Independent Education Consultants) are board certified, numbering less than three hundred worldwide.
